NON-COMPETE AGREEMENTS ARE BAD!

I want to start out by declaring my bias! I dislike non-compete provisions in employment agreements and intend to use this blog to discuss why these provisions are bad for the individual who is being restricted by the agreement, and bad for the consumer of goods and services, and bad for America. We hope to provide some legal analysis and hope our readers will share their situations and thoughts on these unfair contracts. We will even branch out into the areas of non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements as well.

For some interesting reading check out breakyournoncompete.com.
